A little about matcha

The wellbeing ritual.

Whole green tea leaves, ground fine and whisked into a daily moment.

Whole leaf

Whisked and drunk in full, rather than steeped and thrown away.

Caffeine & L-theanine

Two naturally occurring components of the green tea leaf.

A source of catechins

The plant polyphenols that green tea is known for.

Centuries of ceremony

A quiet, focused moment, rooted in Japanese tea preparation.
